About Me

My name is Alex, and I sold my principal residence in 2017, opting to rent instead. As a hobby, I immersed myself in studying Real Estate Analytics, Economics, Financial Markets, and Credit Cycles, and discovered a newfound passion for these fields. My background in mathematics serves as a valuable asset, allowing me to enhance my work through statistical analysis, various modelling techniques, and more.
